Dyspepsia is a functional disease of the digestive tract that is characterized by heartburn, abdominal pain, bloating, distension, easy satiety, nausea, belching, etc.

  • Take a light diet
  • Take plenty of fluids
  • Take a diet of fresh vegetables and fruits
  • Avoid taking those drugs that give rise to the problem
  • Avoid stress
  • Yoga and meditation help in relieving stress
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Regular exercise will help to maintain good health
